Ryddig og enkelt produkt, bare frysetørket økologisk storfelever i gelatinkapsler, uten fyllstoffer. Kapslene smaker nesten ingenting. Jeg tar halv dose, siden kostholdet mitt allerede dekker mye, og bruker det som et praktisk supplement for å få lever inn i hverdagen uten å måtte lage det. Fint at opprinnelse og testrapporter er tilgjengelige.

Geberelt opplever jeg å ha fått mer energi i hverdagen. Jeg merket ikke noe store endringer før 5-6 dager etter at jeg begynte å ta den. Det var en hektisk uke på jobb, og jeg trengte virkelig noen ekstra krefter til å komme meg gjennom den. Jeg har testet frysetørket økologisk storfelever fra Healthy Nisse.

Lever er noe av det mest næringstette vi kan spise, og det synes jeg dette produktet illustrerer ganske godt. Bare 8 kapsler gir blant annet 464 % av referanseinntaket for B12, 146 % vitamin A og 103 % kobber.

Det jeg liker spesielt godt er at produktet er så enkelt: frysetørket økologisk storfelever i kapsler av storfegelatin. Ingen unødvendige fyllstoffer eller tilsetninger.

Kapslene gjør det også veldig enkelt å få lever inn som en del av kostholdet.

Jeg setter høye krav til det jeg putter i munnen, og Primal Hunt er et rent, enkelt og svært næringstett produkt som jeg liker godt.

Etter at jeg startet med kapsler med lever har energinivået mitt økt betraktelig! Jeg er i tillegg varmere på hender og føtter og føler meg generelt sterkere og mer energisk.
